Turkey mole for Sunday dinner

An attempt at eating local, at least wuth ingredients originating in this continent, but the turkey, black mole of chilles and chocolate, and potatoes (plus Canola!) needed some help on the fresh vegetable side from carrots, zucchine and cabbage.
